Writing Assignment 04 - Poetry
My writing assignment is poetry. Okay, this will be a hard read (I think) so hope you all can stomach this… but I think most of you won’t understand much is said.
Title:- Final Few Moments
Red, wet that mixes with sweat,
The air was cold and drowns of sound,
Images flicker, hardly able to see but blur,
Numb, drifting and hard to pay attention,
There are sounds around,
Loud and soft,
Drifting in and out,
Only one name was called out loud,
Can’t be move,
Surge of sensation,
Unpleasant and sharp,
Uncomfortable but also fading,
Hard to see, hard to breath,
Trying to catch a breath,
Nothing but wheeze is heard,
Voice is hard, no words are parted,
Look around, it is still a blur,
The pain comes again,
Much sharper but still fading,
Limb and tired, can’t feel any senses,
It’s darker now,
Light leaves and so are the sounds,
Blackness and fading,
Nothing, left and done.
